NPDES and Stormwater Work
Anchor QEA supports a waterfront cement facility that is facing a variety of regulatory obligations including an individual Stormwater National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit, Washington State Department of Ecology Cleanup Program, and EPA Superfund Program. Meeting these obligations has included negotiation of practical permit conditions and the development of plans and specifications for stormwater system improvements and assisted with treatment system startup during the construction phase.
