Marina Refurbishment
Anchor QEA provided design, entitlement, and construction management services for a dock replacement project in a marina. The project involved maintenance dredging, upgrading seawalls, constructing an on-site eelgrass mitigation area, and removing and constructing marine infrastructure.
We participated in key aspects of project planning and permitting and provided comprehensive, full-time construction support and oversight of construction management. We also designed and managed a Noise and Vibration Monitoring Program that incorporated comprehensive noise and structural monitoring of neighboring homes, seawalls, and commercial structures.
