Field Investigation and Remediation

Anchor QEA supported the field investigation and remediation of river sediment containing an apparent NAPL substance and PCBs.

We delineated the extent of sediments containing an apparent NAPL substance and PCBs and led discussions with agencies regarding an appropriate site remedy. We developed a remedial design that satisfied the remedial objectives and assisted in selecting and procuring the remediation contractor. We also provided oversight during implementation and developed the scope of post-construction monitoring and maintenance activities.
