Together,
we are building a stronger,
more impactful future.
At Anchor QEA, doing the right thing isn’t just a goal—it drives everything we do. It’s the reason for every success, from strengthening our culture to breaking our sales and revenue records for the second consecutive year. Our commitment to People, Community, and Environment (PCE) defines who we are, guiding our decisions, shaping our culture, and driving our impact.
This year, our 2024 Impact Report illustrates our continued dedication to PCE, to progress, and to ensuring we remain steadfast in our mission: Improving the environment and our communities, with integrity and vibe.
Our Commitment to
People, Community, and Environment (PCE)

Guided by our leadership and rooted in our mission, PCE ensures that we remain accountable, innovative, and positioned to make a meaningful difference.

For our people by supporting their growth, development, and well-being, broadening outreach to underserved communities to attract top talent and rolling out an enhanced onboarding program.
For our communities, by further strengthening ethics and governance, deepening partnerships with industry associations to engage underrepresented vendors, and leveraging innovation to better serve stakeholders.
For the environment, by reducing our footprint, enhancing staff sustainability training to improve project designs, and expanding services in restoration, resilience, and sustainability to help clients become stronger environmental stewards.
