A Continuous Focus to Move Us Forward
Anchor QEA’s vision and success depends on a continuous focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). This is what we believe:

- Equity is essential for employee recruitment, hiring, pay, professional growth, and performance evaluation.
Our DEI Committee, composed of staff and shareholders across the company, fosters DEI awareness and purpose within Anchor QEA. The DEI Committee works with our leaders to identify best management practices for maintaining a strong connection between our DEI principles and current operations.
The DEI Committee members are self-nominated, appointed by senior management, and approved by our Board of Directors (Board). Our Managing Partner and Human Resources Managing Director are advisors to the DEI Committee, and the DEI Committee provides regular updates to our Board.
